18 – 24 May is Mental Health Awareness Week in 2020, and this year the theme is KINDNESS. We think this is absolutely fantastic, and we definitely encourage you to get involved in some way.

Mental Health Awareness Week is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, who explained that:

“We have chosen kindness because of its singular ability to unlock our shared humanity.”
