Wellbeing project launch with Bath Mind
May 10, 2021

We’re so excited to announce the launch of Room 627 – a project we are bringing to you in collaboration with Bath Mind!

Room 627 is an online space offering mental health and wellbeing support to young people moving up from Year 6 to Year 7 (if you’re not familiar with UK school years, that’s moving from primary to secondary/high school.)

We’ve been hard at work forming the project and creating a fun, inviting website along with a wonderful cohort of Year 7 students from Oldfield School in Bath. It’s such a joy to be a part of 🙌

The website is packed full of completely free tools, tips and activities for young people, teachers and families to use, and more will be added over the coming months and into 2022.

If you know someone who has moved up to Year 7 recently, will do in the future, or is a teacher who might find these resources useful, please please do let them know.

Room 627 is a 2 year project which has been funded by the #iwill fund – a joint investment from the National Lottery Community Fund and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) – and is free for all to use.
